This traditional Mallorquin three bedroomed town house is situated in Colonia Sant Jordi. The house is within easy walking distance to the beautiful port and sandy beach of Colonia Sant Jordi and within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The natural park of Es Trenc which has the longest sandy beach of Mallorca is only a short walking distance away.

Although this town house has no swimming pool it benefits from a covered outside BBQ and dining area and a roof terrace with lovely sea views

One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, lounge dining area, traditional Mallorquin fitted kitchen and bathroom.

Car Hire is not essential but is recommended and can be arranged if required.
