Located in one of the most beautiful spots of the island, directly situated in an idyllic bay, close to one of the sandy beach of Porto Colom. You’ll find this beautifully constructed oceanview apartment in the typical Majorcan style.

Porto Colom is a medium sized resort, with a selection of good restaurants, bars and shops, in the busier resorts such as Cala D’or (15 min. by car) you will find many more activities for the family and a great night life for all age groups. We have equipped the house for you with all those extras that make life in the South so very special.

The accommodation comprises of:
Entrance: You enter the property and immediately climb the staircase which opens onto a landing area with panoramic views over the beautiful bay and port of Porto Colom.

The kitchen is a separate room and is a modern fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/ freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. There is access to the terrace from the kitchen.

The lounge/ dining room is open plan with fabulous views. Ideal for those special dining parties.

2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and the master double bedroom is en-suite. There is a separate bathroom.

You can enjoy magical barbecues on the roof terrace with the spectacular views over the port and sea.
