The entrance zone opens into the living area with direct access to garden level with entrance hall. The bordering rooms are the open plan kitchen with kitchen counter and adjacent dining area. The terrace facing south and the private garden extend the living area into the open. Thanks to additional windows and terrace doors alongside the corner house Mediterranean light fills the entire house all day long.

The two bedroom are equipped with wardrobes and the two bathrooms are also good equipped.
