| Three of the bedrooms, one double and two twins are on the ground floor with a bathroom and further double bedroom and bathroom set in the turret. The enormous 12x8m pool with roman steps is surrounded by large sun terraces and adjacent to a large barbecue area which has bread oven, barbecue, sink, fridge and adjoining w.c. Set in the countryside just 10 kms from Porto Colom beach (14 kms Cala D'Or) with Felanitx only 2 minutes drive away for a choice of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a completely separate entrance that leads to an independent small apartment adjacent to the back of the property where the extremely friendly owners reside. They will be available to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible but will respect your privacy at all times. The pool and gardens are maintained daily, and there is a maid service once a week to clean and change bed lining etc, (available more regularly on request). | ||||||
Should you wish to try some of the Mallorcan delicacies, but prefer to eat at the villa, the owners are willing to prepare these for you using much of the produce fresh from their own gardens. Traditionally prepared Paella, Suckling Pig, Tapas etc are just a few of the items on offer and a “menu” will be available for you to choose from during your stay should you prefer to eat at home rather than going to a restaurant. |
