The area, Cala D'Or is a delightful villa resort situated on the south-east coast of Mallorca, approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport. The house is situated in a quiet village (Calonge) just 3Km from Cala D'Or. There are 7 sandy beaches lapped by inviting turquoise water. The Cala D'Or marina is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe. It is surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars, offering a variety of cuisine.

The house: A three floor terrace house with underground parking with parking space for up to three cars. The house has two shared swimming pools and gardens surrounding them. It also has air conditioning and central heating for winter escapes.

Ground floor: Large dinning-living room with a large sofa-bed, TV and video recorder. Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave. Toilet/Utility Room with washing machine, iron and ironing-board.

First floor: Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom (double bed), with build in wardrobe and access to front balcony. Bedroom 2: Double Bedroom (two single beds), with build in wardrobe and access to front balcony. Bedroom 3: Single Bedroom (single bed), with build in wardrobe. Bathroom> Bath, overhead shower, wc and wash basin.
