In addition to our intimate knowledge of the property market in Mallorca, we will give you complete and honest factual information about the various locations, including straightforward details of terrain, climate, orientation and facilities. We will also supply you with all the necessary information relating to property purchase including the legal aspects and the most tax efficient methods.

First, we will examine your needs. We will ask you to complete a comprehensive questionnaire giving us detailed information on the type and size of property you are looking for, the location and facilities within the area that are most important to you. For example you may want to be within a certain distance from the airport, but not on the flight path. You may wish to have complete privacy to enjoy your home without being in view of the paparazzi or, maybe, a front line position with direct access to the sea may be a requirement. All these aspects will be covered. Then with balanced and impartial advice we will search for the right location meeting your requirements and target the property or a selection of properties for you to consider. In each case we will provide a detailed and accurate report on each property found, setting out the pro’s and con’s, backed up with a detailed set of photographs to enable you to decide if it is worth your time to view.

We will, of course, always respect your privacy and maintain complete confidentiality so you can be assured that no-one will be aware of your intention to purchase until you have made a final decision at which point it will be necessary to decide if you will purchase in your own name or via a company to maintain your anonymity

Our property finding service is fee based, with an average fee of approximately 3000 euros plus IVA at 16% depending on the type of property we are asked to find. Our clients should also be aware that if we are successful in finding your dream home on the island and the sale transaction is negotiated in conjunction with another agent, it is likely we will receive a percentage of the sales commission in addition to the fee mentioned above.
